台北市政府28日下午消息證實，上海市台辦主任李文輝率經貿訪問團來台考察金融、證券業務，並於當天上午到市府拜會市長柯文哲，雙方會談愉快。北市府發言人林鶴明表示，該經貿訪問團將於29日離開，與市長會見僅禮貌性拜會。
林鶴明指出，台北、上海兩地城市交流密切，上海市台辦主任李文輝此次率團訪台，基於兩地城市交流情誼特別來拜會市長，整場會面短暫僅20分鐘，雙方就兩地城市交流問題進行討論。
至於李文輝此次訪台行程，林鶴明表示因上海市台辦並未就此行與市府對接，且訪台行程還跨及其他縣市，上海方只提出要求拜會市長，因此市府並不清楚相關行程細節，但主要以考察金融、證券業務為主。
另外，國民黨有中常委提議，將就市政及兩岸議題邀請柯文哲出席中常會，對此林鶴明表示市長並沒有黨派之別，兩岸政策上主要秉持「一五新觀點」，強調「民間先行，政府支持，醫療優先」，歡迎認同理念的人一同進行討論。
屆時若國民黨邀請，柯文哲是否會應邀出席？林鶴明表示，國民黨目前的安排如何仍不清楚，所以不便多表示意見。
